Estée Lauder Companies (ELC) is reportedly establishing a new Fragrance Cluster in North America.

The move will consolidate and streamline all of ELC’s US perfume brands under a single umbrella.

The North American Fragrance Cluster will be led by newly appointed senior vice president Vérane de Marffy. Marffy also serves as general manager (GM) of fragrances in North America. In this role, Marffy will help drive perfume growth for ELC, directly managing the Kilian Paris and Editions de Parfums Frédéric Malle brands.

Before joining ELC, Marffy spent more than 20 years at L’Oréal, where she served as deputy GM of Ralph Lauren Fragrances, GM of Lifestyle and Collection Fragrances and senior VP of marketing, Lancôme.
