Procedure

Phase A - Combine Phase A in main vessel with moderate mixing until uniform and clear. Begin heating to 55°C to 60°C. Phase B - In a side vessel, combine Phase B. Heat to 55°C to 60°C or as needed to melt Phase B completely. At temperature, slowly add Phase B to Phase A with increased mixing speed as needed. Discontinue heat. Phase C - Below 40°C, add Phase C ingredients in formula order with moderate mixing. Cool completely.

Properties

pH: 5.5 to 6.5. Viscosity: Spindle T-E @ 40 rpm = 12,400 to 12,600 cP.
