1.Premix the carrageenans in glycerin and add it to the rest of Phase A under agitation. Heat to 75ºC. Disperse Phase A with high shear agitation, 5000rpm during 5 minutes. Once the Phase A is homogeneous, cool down to 40ºC under agitation and add ingredients of Phase B. Disperse under high shear agitation again for 1 minute, Premix Phase C and add it to the bulk under agitation. Once homogeneous, stop the agitation and let it cool down. Once at room temperature the formula gets a jelly-like texture that can be broken down by agitation before filling.
Appearance: Translucid aqueous gel. pH: 5-5.5. Viscosity (100 rpm, 20ºC , spindle 6 ): 200-900 cPs. Stability Test: 3 months at 50ºC, 40ºC, RT, 4ºC.
