Disinfectants To Battle Flu Outbreak

Lonza Microbial Control released a reminder about the use of the Lonzagard family of disinfectant formulations to combat the recent outbreak of H3N2 Influenza A virus. Lonzagard products are designed to effectively control avian influenza A (H3N2) as well as other label-specified flu strains through regular use of disinfecting wipes, sprays, and liquid solutions on high-contact surfaces.

Recently, public health officials have reported that the flu outbreak has reached epidemic levels in some geographic areas, is affecting more people than usual, and is impacting a broader geographical area than in past years.
