The American Oil Chemists Society has issued a call for papers for the XV Latin American Congress and Exhibition on Fats and Oils at the Sheraton Hotel and Convention Center in Santiago, Chile. Deadline for submissions is Jan. 4, 2013. Themed Chile and a World of Oils, this congress will cover important and timely topics in the fats and oils industries especially chosen to enhance attendees’ business knowledge of today’s market.The technical program will feature invited presentations by leading experts as well as volunteer presentations.
