Most days, the world’s largest retailer and the largest consumer products companies want you to get out of the house and spend your money…preferably on their products and in their stores. But Procter & Gramble and Walmart want consumers to stay and watch their flicks in the coming months, as the pair work together on five television movies this year, expanding on their partnership started last year.
Called Family Movie Night, P&G and Walmart have sponsored four films that have aired so far, “Secrets of the Mountain,” “The Jensen Project,” “A Walk in My Shoes,” and “Change of Plans.”
Another movie, “Truth Be Told,” will air April 16 on Fox. And production has just completed on the sixth movie “Field of Vision,” which will air on June 11 on NBC.
The next movies are also scheduled to air on NBC on August 6, September 3 and one in December 2011.
