Bioactive Naturals from RITA Corp.

Bionap bioactive natural products are now available from RITA Corp. (Booth No. 227-229). The Bionap Extracts line includes Red Orange Complex, which is said to be clinically proven to decrease oxidative stress in humans. Moreover, oral administration shows high efficacy against skin damage induced by UV exposure.

Opuntia Biocomplex, a concentrated polysaccharide of Silician Opuntia Ficus India, has wound-healing activity and skin barrier recovery ability. In tests, the materials showed a significant stimulation of keratinocyte proliferation similar to CM-glucan.

Renegrap, grape juice organic acids, is a new cosmetic ingredient designed to help formulators create soft and safe peeling products.In tests, Renegrap showed an exfoliating effect higher than mandelic acid and not substantially lower than glycolic acid.

For skin whitening effects, try Skin Moon, a mixture of Capparis Spinosa, Citrus Sinensis, Olea Europeae and Oryza Sativa. It has a high skin whitening effect, increases skin brightness and is said to be useful to formulate whitening products for use during sun exposure.

Skin Save, a mixture of Opuntia Ficus, Indica, Capparis Spinosaand Olea Europeae Extracts, has a notable lenitive effect, and anti-inflammatory and protective activity with respect to skin damage caused by environmental or chemical factors.
