Revlon: Stephanie Klein

Revlon: Stephanie Klein Peponis has been appointed to the newly created position of executive vice president, chief planning and business development officer. Ms. Peponis will be responsible for supporting the ongoing development and refinement of the company’s business strategy, facilitating planning processes, overseeing market research and analysis and evaluating growth opportunities. She formerly served as vice president and director of the Boston Consulting Group. Debra Leipman-Yale was named to the new post of executive vice president and chief marketing officer, responsible for managing the Revlon Inc. brand portfolio. She formerly served as executive vice president and global general manager, Revlon. Rochelle Udell was promoted from executive vice president of creative development and design to executive vice president and chief creative officer.
