Vice Chairman Juliber Retires from Colgate

The Colgate-Palmolive Company announced that Lois D. Juliber, vice chairman, will retire April 1.

Ms. Juliber has served in various corporate positions at Colgate since 1988. In her most recent role as vice chairman, she was responsible for all the company’s growth functions including global marketing and business development, R&D, supply chain operations, information technology and business operations in Latin America.

Ms. Juliber said she intends to devote additional time to her work in leadership, issues concerning the aging population and women’s advancement, and as a member of the board of directors of Goldman Sachs and DuPont and a trustee of Wellesley College.

Chairman and chief executive officer Reuben Mark said, “We are extremely grateful for Lois’ major contributions to our business over these many years and wish her and her husband Jon all the best in their retirement.”
