JohnsonDiversey, Inc. Names Executive VPs

JohnsonDiversey, Racine, WI, has named JoAnne Brandes and Michael Bailey as executive vice presidents. Ms. Brandes, chief administrative officer and general counsel, and Mr. Bailey, chief financial officer, formerly held the title of “senior vice president.” They are the first managers in the company to hold the title of executive vice president.

Ms. Brandes and Mr. Bailey are members of the company’s management committee, which also includes Chairman S. Curtis Johnson and President and CEO Greg Lawton.

“JoAnne and Mike are leading with the stature we always envisioned when we established the management committee,” Mr. Lawton said. “They are key leaders in this company and have earned this distinction.”

The management committee was formed in preparation for the acquisition of the DiverseyLever business by the former S.C. Johnson Commercial Markets, Inc., which changed its name to JohnsonDiversey, Inc. The management committee makes key policy and management decisions for the company.
