New Phase Technologies will relocate from its Piscataway, NJ offices to parent company Baker Petrolite’s headquarters in Sugar Land, TX. The move is effective Oct. 1. New Phase Technologies’ customer service department has operated from the Sugar Land location since 1998. Order handling and business support functions will not be impacted by the move.

“The relocation will provide greater access to the technology and business support functions available at our headquarters,” said H.S. Crowder, director of market operations for New Phase Technologies. “By being close to the technical organization and laboratories of Baker Petrolite’s polymer division, we expect to enhance our technology development process and shorten the time to market for new products.”

New Phase Technologies’ sales force will remain in its current geographical areas and all contact telephone numbers will remain the same for the near term. The full customer service team remains in place and can be reached at the current telephone numbers. The polymers applications research department and the assembled team of polymer specialists will now provide technical support from the Sugar Land location.
