Former congressman, secretary of Housing and Urban Development and vice presidential candidate Jack Kemp (R) will deliver the keynote speech during the opening breakfast session at Soap and Detergent Association’s 75th annual meeting which will be held Jan. 24-28 at the Boca Raton Resort & Club, Boca Raton, FL. At Saturday’s breakfast session, the keynote speaker will be Senator John Breaux (D-LA), a founder and past chair of the Democratic Leadership Council and leader of the Centrist Coalition of Senate Democrats and Republicans. Senator Breaux also serves as the chief deputy whip in the Senate.General sessions will be devoted to environmental issues and e commerce. The closing banquet will include entertainment by Little Anthony and the Imperials.
