Azelis Americas held their first annual North American GMT (General Management Team) meeting in Stamford, CT earlier this month. The meeting, which is held annually for the top leaders within the Azelis Americas organization, was themed “Harnessing our True Potential”. During the meeting, the newest member of the Azelis Americas family, Ross Organic, was cited for their outstanding processes and performance. Frank Bergonzi, president and CEO of Azelis Americas, stated, “ Ross Organic’s performance is not surprising. Ross was a ‘best in class’ distributor when we acquired them, and we are here to ensure their continued success in the marketplace. The integration has been seamless.” In the spirit of harnessing the true potential of the talent in the room, the GMT teams shared best practices and what they felt the drivers were behind their success. Ross Organic’s team attributed it to their ability to attract top industry talent, their great company culture and deep understanding of their market space. “The key to success this year with Ross has been to simply “keep doing what you do best” and allow the team the space necessary to ensure a smooth transition.
