Pilot Chemical Company Names New President & COO

Pilot Chemical Company, a privately owned and independent global specialty chemical manufacturer, has appointed Christian MacIver as president and chief operating officer (COO) effective Jan. 3. 

 

“Christian is a critical addition to Pilot Chemical Company – not only because of her decades of leadership experience in the chemical industry but also because she strongly values investment in team members and customers,” said CEO Mike Clark. “We are thrilled to welcome her to the company. She is uniquely positioned to not only continue but also accelerate our strategy execution of operational excellence, growth and innovation.”

 

MacIver most recently served as vice president, global supply chain with Ingevity, a chemical manufacturer headquartered in Charleston, South Carolina. Over her career, she spent 27 years in a variety of sales, innovation and business management roles in the chemical industry. MacIver holds a bachelor of science degree in chemical engineering from the University of Virginia.

MacIver will operate out of Pilot Chemical Company’s headquarters located in West Chester, Ohio.
