Frederick Benjamin Available in 500 Target Stores this Month

Products, which include pomades to a dry scalp regimen, will be live on shelves in the Textured Hair aisle this month and in the Men’s World aisle March 6.

Men’s hair care brand Frederick Benjamin is officially available in 500 Target stores beginning this month. 
 
Products, which will include pomades to the dry scalp regimen, will be live on shelves in the Textured Hair aisle this February and in the Men’s World aisle on March 6. 
 

Brand Background

“I’m so excited to be with such a great retail partner like Target,” said founder Michael James. “To see Frederick Benjamin from conception to on the shelves of Target is a major milestone for us!”
 
The brand started with James’ wish to empower Black men in the grooming department by creating his own, unique line of staples that ensured every man to have the opportunity to sculpt his best self, no matter his style. Starting with those problems men of color face daily, his work was cut out for him to create a regimen of products versus a one-off formula. Thus, Frederick Benjamin made a promise to deliver a “world-class” grooming experience, said James.
