Arxada CFO Exits, Successor to be Named in April

Arxada, a global specialty chemicals business, revealed today that its chief financial officer, Ib Jensen, has existed the company.

 

In a news release, the company said Jensen left to pursue another opportunity and that his successor is expected to be named in April. 

 

“It has been a pleasure to have been a part of Arxada’s transformation journey over the past three years,” said Jensen. “I am confident of its continued growth in the future.” 

 

In the interim, Jan Kantowsky will serve as CFO until the permanent replacement is selected. Kantowsky has more than 25 years of experience in operational management roles, specializing in interim management. 

 

“I would like to thank Ib for his tremendous contributions over the past three years,” said Marc Doyle, chief executive officer of Arxada. “Ib played a pivotal role in our divestiture and successful carve-out from Lonza and has guided Arxada through our first stages as an independent company. We are grateful to Ib for his leadership at Arxada and wish him success in his future endeavors.”
