US Patent No. 11,179,304 (Viktor Dubovoy, Jeffrey Mastrull, Daniel Talancon, David Santos, Laurence D. Du-Thumm, Long Pan, Abraham Cazes, Enrique Valencia Garcia); Colgate-Palmolive Company, has patented a personal care composition in which the cleanser base comprises at least one cleanser chosen from a soap and a surfactant; and an effective amount of an antibacterial system consisting of phenoxyethanol, piroctone olamine, and petrolatum. The phenoxyethanol is present in an amount of from 0.01% to 2% by weight of the personal care composition. The piroctone olamine is present in an amount of from 0.01% to 1.5% by weight of the personal care composition. The petrolatum is present in an amount of from 0.1% to 0.9% by weight of the personal care composition.
