The household and personal care industry is bursting with Valentine’s Day themed gifting ideas. Here’s a few rollouts just in time for Feb. 14…

• The Body Shop’s Chocomania ($4-$18) range is in stores now. It includes Beurre Corporel Chocomania Body Butter, containing 12 Community Fair Trade Ingredients from around the world; Chocomania Shower Cream, with Community Fair Trade cocoa butter and honey; Chocomania heart-shaped exfoliating soap bars with Fair Trade cocoa butter and soy oil; Chocomania Body Lotion, containing Brazil nut oil, sesame oil and organic babassu oil; Chocomania Lip Butter with Community Fair Trade beeswax and cocoa butter; and Chocomania Body Scrub, with a brownie-souffle texture and intense chocolate flavor-fragranced scent. • Happy Booster Glow & Mood Boosting Lipstick ($8.95), new from Physician’s Formula, is said to offer rich, luminous color plus a lip boosting effect, according to the company. Key ingredients include Happy Skin, derived from Arctic rose, it mimics the effect of endorphins, also known as “happy molecules” for a sense of wellness and pleasure; Euphoryl, rich in Omega-3, a known anti-depressant that has been linked to the production of dopamine which promotes happiness; murumuru seed butter and theobroma grandiflorum seed butter, provide an exceptionally silky smooth feel while increasing skin luminosity; and a “mood enhancing fragrance and taste blend,” which uses fresh violet floral notes that help invigorate the mood.

This moist, emollient-rich formulation makes lips shine while adding a touch of color, according to the company. New colors include: Flirty Honey, Tender Honey, Luscious Honey, Spicy Honey, Shy Honey, Flirty Honey, Lovely Honey and Chic Honey.
