111SKIN Appoints Vanessa Goddevrind CEO to Lead Next Growth Phase

111SKIN, a luxury skincare brand founded by plastic surgeon Dr. Yannis and Eva Alexandrides, has appointed Vanessa Goddevrind CEO.

She will be responsible for driving the company’s continued growth and strategic direction.

Eva Alexandridis, chief creative officer, will continue to remain involved in the running of the company and shaping the brand’s creative direction. Together with Goddevrind, officials say the leadership team is poised to guide 111SKIN through its next phase of growth and heightened brand awareness within its core markets.

Tenures at McKinsey & Co. and 111SKIN

Before joining 111SKIN, Goddevrind led McKinsey & Company’s European beauty practice where she worked closely with investors and portfolio companies to accelerate growth and improve performance.

Under her leadership, officials say 111SKIN has cemented its position as a doctor-led skincare authority focusing on core products like the Repair Serum NAC Y², which has reportedly tripled in sales over the past three years. She has also strengthened the brand’s direct-to-consumer channel, driving a 60% year-to-date sales increase. Her talent for attracting top-tier professionals has further bolstered the brand, bringing on leaders like Kate Dubin (formerly of Dr. Barbara Sturm and Charlotte Tilbury) and Eva Soohoo (formerly of La Mer and Augustinus Bader), forming a predominantly female leadership team. The team has driven significant growth, particularly in key markets. Further, US sales have surged by 60% year-to-date under Dubin’s leadership.
