The newest printed PETG heat shrinkable sleeve from Ameri-Seal Inc. is Sun Pals sun care lotions and sprays for Disney. Five different PETG sleeves were printed, nine colors each, on rotogravure presses. Ameri-Seal used PETG film instead of traditional PVC because the tops of the bottles narrow drastically, calling for a wider range of shrinkage that only PETG heat shrinkable film can provide. The new products feature such Disney characters as The Little Mermaid, Nemo and Winnie-The-Pooh on the sleeves, creating kid-friendly graphics with plenty of shelf appeal. The lotions have an SPF of 45, while the sprays have an SPF of 30 and also feature a bubble gum fragrance. Squeezable bottles with lotion and spray caps make applying the sun care products a snap.
