Arbonne Hires Philosophy ‘Major’

Michael D'Arminio is direct seller's new chief creative officer.

Arbonne International, LLC has tapped Michael D’Arminio to serve as chief creative officer. D’Arminio, who was most recently chief creative officer at philosophy, will lead the creative, marketing and product development teams.



“I am thrilled to welcome Michael to Arbonne’s executive team,” said Kay Napier, Arbonne CEO. “Michael is an industry-leading skin care marketing executive with more than 18 years of experience. A beauty industry insider, Michael has helped shape the marketing and creative vision for some of the world’s best-known beauty brands and now brings that expertise and talent to Arbonne’s creative, marketing and product development teams. We are excited to have him on board,” said Napier.


D’Arminio began his career in global advertising and worked at Ogilvy and Mather and Donna Karan International. More recently, he was VP of global marketing and creative for Unilever Cosmetics International, Coty Prestige and L’Oreal.
