Aura Cacia Promotes COVID-19 Relief

New program offers assistance to businesses.

In response to the COVID-19 pandemic and nationwide shortages in hand sanitizer, Aura Cacia, an Iowa-based leader in essential oils and aromatherapy products, has started manufacturing a limited-edition hand sanitizer and committed to donating fifty-percent of the profits to charity.

Today, the brand announced that it will now be accepting applications from human services non-profits across the nation for its COVID-19 Relief Fund.

The goal of the Aura Cacia COVID-19 Relief Fund is to support organizations providing human services across the U.S. as they work to meet an increased demand related to COVID-19. Additional weight will be given to non-profits focused on reaching vulnerable populations including children, seniors, and low-income and homeless populations.

Examples of human services include, but are not limited to:
  • Food delivery to vulnerable populations
  • Safe, appropriate homeless shelter services and related unexpected staffing needs

Applications will be accepted monthly for disbursement by the 15th of the following month.
