Indie brand rolls out new SPF 40 Sheer Tinted Face and SPF 50 daily use formulas.

Indie personal care brand Badger expanded its sun care offerings with new SPF 40 Sheer Tinted Face Sunscreen and SPF 50 Daily Sunscreen products. These additions expand Badger’s line of certified organic and reef-safe products. The formulas are water and sweat resistant for up to 40 minutes and biodegradable.
Badger, which has long been sustainably minded, selected post-consumer recycled plastic tubes to house the sunscreens.
SPF 40 Sheer Tinted Face Sunscreen is an ultra-lightweight, sheer formula is designed for everyday facial use. The mineral tint provides a subtle, natural glow and helps even out skin tone, offering effective sun protection that blends seamlessly under makeup or for a no-makeup look, according to the brand.

Offering maximum protection for active days SPF 50 Daily Sunscreen provdes robust water resistance and broad-spectrum coverage. The formula is unscented, hypoallergenic and suited for all skin types, including children’s sensitive skin.
The new options expand the Gilsum, NH-based company’s sun care products, which also include SPF 30 products, as reported by Happi.
