Barentz to Distribute BASF Enzymes in North American HI&I Market

Barentz, a world-class distributor of life science ingredients and specialty chemical solution throughout North America, will now distribute BASF Corporation’s Lavergy product line, a new high-performance line of enzymes for use in detergents, in the US and Canada. 

 

These high-quality products can be used in consumer and professional laundry and dishwash (automatic and hand), medical instrument cleaning, and a range of industrial cleaning applications.

 

Florham Park-based BASF Corporation is the North American affiliate of BASF SE, Ludwigshafen, Germany. Last year, it netted $18.7 billion in sales. Barentz officials say the corporation in conjunction with Barentz’s application development know-how, customer service, lab capabilities, formulary and regulatory support and technical sales team, will bring differentiated value-added solutions to customers by providing technical proficiency and formulation expertise across North America.
