Blushington Names National Advisory Board to Guide Franchise Expansion

Five industry leaders to helm strategic growth as the beauty franchise aims to award 130 franchises by 2028.

Blushington, a beauty franchise concept dedicated to making A-list beauty services accessible to all customers, has formed a national advisory board.

The board will provide strategic guidance and support the company’s ambitious plan to award 130 franchises by 2028.

“We are delighted to bring together some of the most accomplished business leaders in beauty, franchising, commercial real estate, product development and human capital solutions to provide strategic guidance and help increase the value of our business,” said Natasha Cornstein, CEO of Blushington.

Meet the National Advisory Board

Kendra Bracken Ferguson – CEO of Carmell Cosmetics and venture capitalist with over 20 years of experience in beauty and consumer packaged goods. She has guided and monetized over 200 brands, collectively generating more than $100 million in revenue;

Jessica Bruner – Real estate strategist with over 20 years of experience and founding partner of BOND Retail Partners and former managing director at EDENS;

Joanna Meiseles – iFranchise Group consultant and founder of Turbo 26 Studio & Snip-its, a fast-growing US children’s hair salon franchise;

Kathryn Paves (Beaton) – Brand architect and strategic advisor with over 20 years in the beauty and personal care space. She has launched and scaled brands such as Moda Operandi, TOCCA and others to over $20 million, providing C-suite support for innovative beauty startups; and

Lisa Marie Ringus – Talent management executive with over 20 years of experience in human capital solutions. She is the executive vice president of global client strategy and growth at 24 Seven Talent, leading strategic and global accounts in marketing, digital, creative and tech.
