KKT Labs Founder Founder Krupa Koestline is named CEO of Capsum Inc., USA.

Capsum has acquired KKT Labs and appointed Founder Krupa Koestline as the CEO of Capsum Inc., USA. In the accord, KKT Labs’ resources will be transferred to Capsum’s Austin, TX facility, creating a new research and development hub.
The acquisition brings together Capsum’s industrialization capabilities and proprietary technologies with KKT Labs’ expertise in clean formulation, emerging indie brands and US market trends, according to Capsum.
“What struck me about Capsum’s Austin facility wasn’t just how advanced it is, but also how aligned it felt with everything I believe manufacturing in the US should be,” said Koestline.
She cited Capsum’s LEED-certified design, solar-powered infrastructure, in-house botanical growing and more as assets at the contract manufacturer.
Capsum, a pioneer in cosmetic microfluidics, is a certified B Corp.
