CCA Industries, Inc. has entered into an exclusive license agreement with fitness guru Denise Austin for a new signature brand of skin care products and cosmetics. “The Denise Austin skin care brand is a perfect fit for our previously-announced exclusive formulas containing green tea developed with CCA in conjunction with Dr. Stephen Hsu of the Medical College of Georgia,” said David Edell, chief executive officer of CCA Industries. Ms. Austin said, “I am looking forward to my association with CCA Industries.
