CCA Industries Sells Bikini Zone Brand to NFI

Bristol, TN-based owner of Blue Emu takes over specialty skincare brand in a deal that includes inventory and IP.

NFI, LLC—owner of the Blue-Emu topical pain relief brand—has acquired specialty skincare brand Bikini Zone from CCA Industries. 

Bikini Zone was sold for $2.5 million plus inventory at cost for an estimated $243,000 and includes all intellectual property pertaining to the Bikini Zone brand, according to CCA, which said it will use the proceeds to pay off its outstanding line of credit balance of approximately $1,241,000 with the balance to be used for working capital purposes.

We believe, with our resources and expertise, we can amplify its reach and potential,” said Ben Blessing, COO of NFI, which is based in Bristol, TN.

The CCA Industries roster includes Plus White toothpastes and teeth whiteners,  Nutra Nai  nail care treatments Porcelana, Scar Zone and Sudden Change skin care products, Solar Sense” sun care products and  Neutein” brain health supplements which the company licensed in January 2022.
