Clarins Co-Hosts Re-Plant Love

Beauty brand and others plant 3,160 resilient native trees and shrubs at Paramount Ranch.

Clarins and the Malibu Foundation hosted Re-Plant Love, a community event on Oct. 12, during which 700-plus volunteers and workers planted 3,160 resilient native trees and shrubs at Paramount Ranch, part of Santa Monica Mountains National Recreation Area (SMMNRA), a unit of the National Park Service. It was the largest planting day on record for the SMMNRA.

Other partners in the cause included Just Water, Mountains Restoration Trust, Spunt Co., Coolhaus, Sabor a Malibu, and Le Café de la Plage.

Malibu native and film maker Paris Brosnan partnered again with Clarins to document the community event in a short film. Paris followed the volunteers all day to capture their passion and commitment into their mission. The film also includes live performances by local musicians.
