CND Hires New Marketing Director for Shellac

Caroline Anderson of L'Oréal/Redken to lead nail brand.

CND has hired Caroline Anderson as director of marketing for the CND Shellac brand. In her new role, Anderson will be responsible for steering the direction of the nail brand, overseeing strategic planning, brand management, product development and advertising, according to the company.


Anderson is a seasoned marketing executive with an extensive background in the beauty industry including Avon, Estée Lauder and Clinique. Most recently, she served as global marketing director of L’Oreal/Redken. She holds degrees in Fashion Design and Cosmetics Marketing from The Fashion Institute of Technology in New York City.

“Caroline is a strategic thinker, with a strong foundation in global planning. We’re confident that she will help take the Shellac brand to the next level,” said CND’s vice president of marketing, Kim Natale. “She is a valuable addition to the CND team.”
