Colgate CEO Names Successor

Colgate-Palmolive Co.’s longtime chairman and chief executive, Reuben Mark, said his successor as chief executive officer would be Ian Cook, president and chief operating officer. Mr. Mark, who has run Colgate for two decades, made the announcement at the beginning of his presentation to the Consumer Analyst Group of New York at a conference in Scottsdale, AZ. Mr. Mark also noted that Colgate is on track to meet financial forecasts.
