Comar Awarded Silver Medal by EcoVadis for Sustainability Excellence

The recognition places Comar among the top 15% of companies assessed by EcoVadis, underscoring its commitment to environmental, social and ethical responsibility, officials said.

Comar, a contract manufacturing partner for healthcare companies worldwide and a provider of primary packaging and dispensing products, has been awarded a Silver Medal by EcoVadis.

The recognition places Comar among the top 15% of companies assessed by EcoVadis, underscoring its commitment to environmental, social and ethical responsibility, officials said.

“At Comar, we believe that progress never stops, and that includes our commitment to sustainability,” said Michael Herron, director EHS, Comar. “Earning a Silver Medal is a testament to our ongoing efforts to minimize our environmental footprint, uphold ethical standards, and create positive social impact. We are incredibly proud of this achievement and remain focused on driving continuous improvement in everything we do.”

The EcoVadis assessment evaluates 21 sustainability criteria across four core themes: environment, labor and human rights, ethics and sustainable procurement. EcoVadis has rated more than 130,000 companies globally.
