Credo has released the 2021 cohort selected for the Credo for Change Mentorship program.

The program’s goal is to advance BIPOC  (black, indigenous, and people of color)-led clean beauty brands in functional areas that will expand their direct-to-consumer business or prepare them for larger distribution in retailers.

The class includes:
Michelle Kim (M’Chel Haircare)
Ariane Turner (Look Good, Live Well)
Cece Meadows (Prados)
Helena Mendes (Mawena)
Pooja Ganesan (Booni Doon)
Kimberly Dillon (Frigg)
Erica Bigger (Wholly Gloss)
Jennifer Harper (Cheekbone Beauty)
Felix Palafox (Adonia Arcana)
Lucy Ashman (Tierra & Lava)
Sandra Lilian Velasquez (Nopalera)
Keta Burke William (Aspen Apothecary)
Faustina Agolley (Communal)

The brand founders will participate in a five month program designed to prepare their business for the next level of growth. They will attend virtual workshops, in-depth breakout sessions to focus on opportunities for your brand, and one-on-one biweekly sessions with a Credo For Change mentor.

In addition to mentorship and support, all participating BIPOC businesses will receive an opportunity to pitch for funding.
