Croda Welcomes New VP of Marketing

Croda Inc named Penny Vanemon as vice president – marketing. She brings a variety of knowledge and experience to the new position having held positions in sales, marketing and technical throughout her career.

Vanemon rejoins the Croda team, having started her career at Croda as a Synthesis Chemist upon graduating from Lyoming College with a Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry. Over her career at Croda, she held several positions including marketing manager – hair care and Midwest regional sales manager.

Since leaving Croda, Vanemon has worked as marketing director for Akzo Nobel and, most recently, held the position of vice president – strategy development for Resource Advantage. Vanemon will focus on the development of key marketing programs across business units to deliver innovation and drive growth for the coming years.
