CSPA Promotes Klein

Named executive vice president of legislative and public affairs.

The Consumer Specialty Products Association(CSPA) – the voice for the household and institutional products industries – promoted Phil Klein from senior vice president to executive vice president of legislative and public affairs.

“This well-earned promotion reflects Phil’s dedication to the organization and industry while also underscores his effective leadership for our legislative affairs, membership, and meetings operations,” said Chris Cathcart, CSPA president.

Klein joined CSPA in 1988 and has increasingly taken on more responsibility for the association. In addition to his many years managing successful federal and state legislative and public affairs programs, Klein has contributed to CSPA’s high member retention rate and also helped to bring in more than 40 new members during the past two years.
