The Cosmetic, Toiletry and Fragrance Association (CTFA) Science Executive Leadership Conference will emphasize leadership training for science management staff. The conference is set for April 18-20 at the Charleston Place Hotel, Charleston, SC. The keynote address will be given by Dr. Dwight L. Jaggard, a professor in the School of Engineering and Applied Science at the University of Pennsylvania. He will use group discussions and experiential learning to help attendees explore self-management as a key component of leadership and to enhance personal performance.
