Degree Banks on Stephen Curry

Unilever extends NBA star's endorsement deal through 2017.

NBA star Stephen Curry and Degree deodorant have renewed and extended their partnership through 2017. According to Unilever, Curry will continue to play a leading role in Degree marketing campaigns showcasing the brand's many products and innovations.

Curry began his relationship with the AP/deo brand in 2014. Campaigns have included national TV, digital, social and online content.

“Stephen has been a great partner and is a perfect fit for the Degree brand,” said Matthew McCarthy, Unilever senior director of marketing, Unilever.
 
As part of the partnership renewal, Curry will continue to be the centerpiece of key Degree marketing and advertising materials, the first of which will debut in early 2016.

“Degree believed in me early in my career, and I'm grateful for their continued support,” said Curry.
