Diane Randolph Joins WorkJam Board of Directors

Ulta Beauty's former chief information officer brings digital transformation leadership to company’s board.

Digital frontline workplace WorkJam has appointed Ulta Beauty’s past chief information officer Diane Randolph to the company’s board of directors.

Randolph, a seasoned retail and technology executive, brings decades of leadership experience in digital transformation, omnichannel strategy, supply chain innovation and customer engagement.

“I’m thrilled to join WorkJam’s Board of Directors at such a pivotal time for the company and the frontline workforce,” said Randolph. “WorkJam is transforming how businesses connect, empower, and engage their employees, and I look forward to contributing my experience in digital transformation and operational leadership to help drive continued growth.”

Tenures at Ulta Beauty and Beyond

During her six-year tenure at Ulta Beauty’s from 2014 to 2020, Randolph played a pivotal role in Ulta’s rapid growth and digital transformation, leading major advancements in mobile commerce, omnichannel distribution and in-store technology solutions. Prior to Ulta, she was employed in the same capacity at Reitmans Canada Limited, where she spearheaded the company’s first e-commerce and supply chain initiatives. She has also served on the executive committee of the National Retail Federation CIO Council.

In addition to her operational leadership, Randolph serves on the boards of Dollar Tree, Shoe Carnival, XCCommerce and Flexe, Inc., contributing her expertise in retail technology, cybersecurity and enterprise risk management. Officials say her extensive background in developing high-performing teams and fostering organizational culture aligns with WorkJam’s mission to empower frontline workers and transform workforce management through digital investments.
