Heritage haircare brand Dippity-Do is celebrating 60 years in business.

Designed for hair types 2A to 4C, the collection celebrates and supports the natural beauty of curls, coils and waves through products focused on hydration, definition, smoothing and enhancing natural texture.

A standout within the lineup is the signature Light Hold Gelée, a homage to the original Dippity-Do Setting Gel, the 1965 styling product that helped establish the brand as a household name. Reimagined for today’s curl consumer, the lightweight formula delivers soft hold, definition and touchable movement while honoring the styling heritage that made Dippity-Do a trusted favorite for decades.

Building on that legacy, Dippity-Do Girls with Curls is celebrating its 60th anniversary with the launch of its “Are You Ready for this Gelée?” marketing campaign, a nostalgia-meets-modern creative platform inspired by the brand’s Gelée heritage product.

The campaign will feature an original audio alongside a 360-degree social media campaign designed to engage and empower the curly hair community across platforms. Through creator partnerships, community storytelling, nostalgic callbacks and texture-positive messaging, the campaign encourages consumers to embrace and celebrate their natural curls, coils and waves with confidence.
