Edgewell Personal Care Announces Board

Eight members tapped for future personal care unit of Energizer.

Energizer Holdings, Inc. has announced the composition of the boards of directors for Edgewell Personal Care Company, one of the firms that will emerge from the company’s previously announced split.
 
The Edgewell Personal Care Board of Directors will comprise eight directors, six of whom will be independent. They are:
 
• Ward Klein, executive chairman of the board.
 
David Hatfield, CEO of Edgewell Personal Care Company.
 
• Daniel Heinrich, who served as EVP and CFO of The Clorox Company from 2009 to 2011 and is a director of Aramark RHoldings Corporation.
 
• Carla Hendra, who served as president of OgilvyOne North America, co-CEO of Ogilvy & Mather North America, and chairman of Ogilvy New York between 1998 to 2009.
 
• R. David Hoover, who served as chairman of Ball Corporation.

• John C. Hunter, III, who most recently served as chairman, president and CEO of Solutia.
 
• James Johnson, who served as General Counsel of Loop Capital Markets LLC  and has been with The Boeing Company.
 
• Rakesh Sachdev (president and CEO of Sigma-Aldrich).
