She works with Elé’s North American distributor network to further sales in each region, train their sales force and be a catalyst for further growth. Prior to joining Elé, Pinda was VP-sales at Fragrance West (a division of Horn) in addition to more than 20 years vice presidential experience spearheading divisional growth.
