To spotlight its “sought-after” cosmetics products, Elf Cosmetics has released a true crime parody documentary, “Cosmetic Criminals.”

With a household of suspects, each with plenty of reasons to borrow their favorite ELF product, viewers will want to know “who the ‘ELF’ did it?” The biggest mystery? Why they don’t have their own ELF products. The brand is, after all, known for its prestige-inspired vegan, cruelty-free products that are Fair Trade certified.

The parody documentary will make its theatrical debut playing ahead of Paramount Pictures’ new “Mean Girls” movie at select AMC locations nationwide on Jan. 12, 2024.
