Key Ingredient Breakdown

Marine Sponge Extract: Natural sea sponges are ideal for top-notch exfoliating, circulation boosting and enhancing skin’s surface. Marine extracts are rich in minerals like copper, zinc and iron. These elements allow skin to retain moisture. A high-mineral content also boosts blood flow throughout the body, leaving skin healthier and radiant. Inherently hypoallergenic, sea sponges are ideal for sensitive skin too.

Marine Pearl Powder: Pearl powder is often used for traditional Chinese medicine beauty and the treatment of various diseases, and it can promote the regeneration of skin collagen cells, enhance the elasticity of the skin, remove acne and delay aging. Pearl powder was found to enhance the adhesion of skin fibroblasts and tissue regeneration, playing an irreplaceable role in wound healing. There are 22 kinds of amino acids in seawater pearl, and the content of them is obviously higher than that of the freshwater pearl.

Fermented Sea Kelp: High concentrations of amino acids and natural antioxidants including Vitamin C allow sea kelp bioferment to nourish the skin and promote collagen production to smooth fine lines and wrinkles and give the appearance of plumper, more youthful-looking skin.

Vegetable Glycerin: Vegetable glycerin may lead to better skin health by helping soothe skin irritation, protect against infection and promote wound healing. Studies show that applying glycerin-containing products may protect skin against irritants and microbes, as well as soothe inflamed or wounded skin.

Marine & Caribbean Sponge Spicules: This extract is in powdered form and consists of a mixture of fibers, or so-called “needles.” These needles provide a peeling effect on contact with the skin. They cause a slight inflammation that causes a renewal of the stratum corneum. For the replacement, the production of collagen is stimulated, and sebum production is controlled. This extract is used to treat acne, acne scars, and fine lines.

Copper Peptides: When applied topically, copper peptides work as an antioxidant, promote collagen and elastin production, and soften the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles. Copper is also an anti-inflammatory that speeds up wound healing.
