Energizer Names Future CFOs

Current CFO Dan Sescleifer to stay on through company split next year.

Dan Sescleifer, who has served as Energizer Holdings’ CFO since 2001, will depart the company after the separation of its personal care and household products businesses is complete next year.
 
Sandy Sheldon, who serves as the company's VP, finance, has been named CFO of the Personal Care business and  Brian Hamm, who serves as the company's controller and chief accounting officer, has been named CFO of the Household Products business.  
 
Energizer announced its plan to separate into two independent, publicly traded companies in April.
