The US Food and Drug Administration (FDA) will hold a public meeting to receive input on topics pertaining to the regulation of cosmetics on June 7, 2018, from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. at the Harvey W. Wiley Federal Building in College Park, MD.  The closing date to register for attendance or to request to make an oral presentation is May 24, 2018.

Input gathered at this meeting will help the agency prepare for the International Cooperation on Cosmetics Regulation-12 (ICCR-12) meeting to be held July 10-12, 2018, in Tokyo.

ICCR is a voluntary international group of cosmetics regulatory authorities from Brazil, Canada, the European Union, Japan, and the United States.  The ICCR members work together to make decisions through consensus that will be compatible with the laws, policies, rules, regulations and directives of the respective administrations and governments.  The FDA encourages members of the public to present proposals for future ICCR agenda items and/or data, information, or views on pending issues orally or in writing at the public meeting.

Registration information is available in the Federal Register Notice.
