Firmenich Acquires Noville

Geneva, Switzerland-based Firmenich announced its acquisition of Noville, Inc., a U.S. perfume and flavors company. Noville is “well positioned in the U.S. home and oral care markets,” according to company executives.

“The acquisition of this highly focused and reputable private company matches our commercial strategy and represents and excellent cultural fit,” said Patrich Firmenich, chief executive officer, Firmenich. “It allows us to reinforce our position in major U.S. market segments and to access important new clients.”
