Firmenich: Théo E. Spilka was appointed vice president, new business development and licensing international at Firmenich. Mr. Spilka, a 21-year veteran of the fragrance industry, has held executive positions for Firmenich in New York, Geneva and Paris. In recent years, Mr. Spilka has successfully identified new fragrance licensing opportunities throughout the U.S., signing exclusive business development and licensing agreements for Firmenich. He has facilitated many notable industry launches and licensing agreements with the company’s clients including: LookModels A.G., Baby Phat, Zac Posen, Niki Taylor, Usher, Tommy Bahama, Badgley Mischka and Izod, among others.
