Visit Evonik at Stand No. M20 to learn more about five new ingredients. In the skin care actives arena, Evonikhas introduced Tego Xymenynic,a skin firmer with applications in anti-cellulite products. At 0.2% use levels, Tego Xymenyic promises to tone orange peel skin, reduce the outside signs ofcellulite and improve skin elasticity. New HyaCare Filler CL is a topical wrinkle smoother that instantly fills fine lines and wrinkles. Evonik calls it an alternative to injectibles, which thoroughly hydrates the skin, increases skin elasticity and smoothes the skin surface. “This introduction completes our hyaluronic acid line,” explained Wolfgang Goertz, director global marketing, personal care. “It’s cross-linked chemistry creates a three-dimensional structure that binds water.” According to Dr. Goertz, HyaCare Filler CL improves the appearance of wrinkles in just 15 minutes and lasts for 12 hours, making it a good candidate for day creams. Also new from Evonik are Tego Care PSC 3, a natural, cost-effective O/W emulsifier with excellent performance and Tegosoft OER, a sustainable emollient produced by enzymatic process. Finally, Tego Carbomer 140G is a viscosity adjuster and viscosity builder and emulsion stabilizer.
