Beiersdorf Inc., the U.S. subsidiary of Beiersdorf AG, announced a key appointment to its management unit in North America. William (Bill) Graham, currently president and general manager Beiersdorf Inc., hasbeen appointed to the position of president, general manager Beiersdorf North America which includes leadership of both the US and Canadian business units. Graham was promoted to the position of general manager Beiersdorf Inc., in August 2011, after joining the company as vice president of sales in 2007.During his tenure in sales, Beiersdorf was recognized multiple times for supplier excellence from several of its key customers. In his new role, Bill will focus on building a North American business strategy for the group’s core business which includes the profitable development of the Nivea, Eucerin and Aquaphor brands throughout North America. The General Manager Beiersdorf Canada along with the Beiersdorf Inc. US Leadership Team will report to Bill Graham. The North American Management Unit is located in the current Beiersdorf Inc. offices in Wilton, CT. “I’m confident that under Bill’s leadership we will successfully execute our strategy and continue our collective commitment to accelerating positive profitable growth for our brands and businesses in both the United States and Canada,” said Peter Feld, executive board member.
