URUGUAY: Herbalife Ltd. has begun operations in Uruguay, opening a distribution center in the capital city of Montevideo. The move marks the 17th market in the company’s South America/Central America region under the direction of managing director Patricio Cuesta, and 81st country overall. The country director is Rafael Seoane, who joined the company last September; he also oversees Argentina and Paraguay. Products available at launch include the nutritional products as well as and several products from the NouriFusion skin care line.
